Classes held in two arenas on grass, working in on grass. Run in accordance with British Dressage Rules & Veteran Horse Society rules. DRESSAGE RULES Please read the following dressage entry criteria carefully before entering. Anyone found entering a class for which they are not eligible will be eliminated. Prelim Horses must not have gained any British Dressage Points. Run under British Dressage Rules. Horses must not currently or previously (in the past 12 months) have been registered with the British Dressage. Novice Open to any rider. Horses must not have gained more than 35 British Dressage Points. Run under British Dressage Rules. Elementary Open to any rider. Horses must not have gained more than 95 British Dressage Points. Run under British Dressage Rules. Competitors should also see General Rules for Leahurst Show. |

VETERAN HORSE SOCIETY DRESSAGE The Veteran Horse Society Dressage is included in the BD Tests and the 3 highest placed VHS members in each age group competing in each test will qualify, classes 3, 4, 5 & 6. Please mark VHS on your entry form. |

TROPHIES The Janice Wynn Trophy To the Senior Wirral Competitor scoring the highest percentage on the day. Kindly donated by Mr T Wynn (Please note SW on your entry form if you qualify for the above) The Jordi Memorial Cup To the Junior Wirral Competitor scoring the highest percentage on the day. Kindly donated by Mr & Mrs T Wynn (Please note JW on your entry form if you qualify for the above) Oliver Stanford-Smith Memorial Trophy To the highest scoring mare on the day Kindly donated by the Stanford–Smith Family (Please note M on your entry form if you qualify for the above) Trophies are awarded annually and are not to be won outright. The winner is expected to take good care of the trophy and return it by 30th May next year. All trophies must be signed for. ENTRIES Entries close Tuesday 6th July 2010. Entry fee: £9.00 in advance. STARTING TIMES Arena 1 Arena 2 * The walk trot test is for those riders who want to have a go at riding a Dressage Test, but can’t canter or are not happy cantering. We do hope that this test will encourage riders to have a go and enjoy it. |
